Guests board the Outback Jet at Melbourne’s Essendon Airport and within 90 minutes arrive at the Barossa Valley where this Australian gastronomic adventure begins. First stop is Maggie Beer’s Pheasant Farm for a hands on cooking class picking fresh produce from the Kitchen Garden. The day ends at Seppeltsfield, the only winery in the world to release a 100 year old single vintage wine each year since 1851.  Here guests explore the Centennial Cellar where these historic wines are housed as well as a tasting and dinner at renowned Fino Restaurant.

After spending the night at The Louise, a Luxury Lodge of Australia, guests depart for Penfolds Magill Estate to hear the inspiring stories of Australia’s first winemaking dynasty during a tour of the Penfolds original family homestead.

The tour continues to the picturesque Adelaide Hills and The Lane Vineyard for a hosted tour of the winery followed by a private cheese making tour at Udder Delights in the main street of historic Handorf. Here, guests stay overnight at the boutique Stirling Hotel after enjoying a gourmet Australian BBQ dinner.

Day three commences at McLaren Vale, famous for its intensely flavoured Shiraz. Guests will enjoy a hands on experience at d’Arenberg winery’s Blending Bench and play winemaker for the morning.

The Outback Jet awaits at a nearby airfield to take off for a scenic orbit of the iconic 12 Apostles along the Great Ocean Road before landing for a local crayfish lunch at Port Campbell followed by a guided ground tour of these mighty formations. The next stop is the Yarra Valley, and a night at Chateau Yering Vineyard.

Day four begins with an early hot air balloon ride to take in the spectacular views of the Yarra Valley before heading to De Bortoli for a behind the scenes tour. The Outback Jet will then transfer guests to Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula to enjoy an afternoon of experiences at Montalto including a 3 course lunch reflecting their ‘estate to plate’ philosophy. Next a short flight to Hobart's MONA Pavilions for two luxurious nights.
