Voyager Estate is inviting you into its home, to experience an intimate dinner with Chef Santi. Come on a journey through the new menu; learn how dishes are crafted, where the very best produce in Margaret River is sourced and how these food and wines come together in celebration of the land.
Ten guests will enjoy a five course dinner at Cordi House a private residence on Voyager Estate with chef Santi cooking in the open kitchen. Each dish will be served with wines that have inspired its creation, poured by Sommelier Clare Tonon.
Just as Voyager's Project wines allow the team to experiment with the nuances of each growing season, the same philosophy extends to the kitchen. The Culinary Project reflects a spirit of innovation, and love for the region, the craft and the place.
Dishes may or may not transition to the forthcoming menu. So don’t miss this rare chance to get an insight into Santi’s menu development and be the first to sample the results.
