Fino x Breaking Bread Sourdough Masterclass

You're invited to a collaboration of two chefs passionate about all things bread. Executive chef Sam Smith, Fino Seppeltsfield X and Head Baker Sarah Voight will host a sourdough masterclass and bread making experience with coffee, Fino lunch and, of course, a loaf of bread to take home and enjoy.

This sourdough masterclass is delivered as part of the A Little More Barossa food and wine festival, serving up a series of enticing events through August with everything from long lunches, degustation picnics, masterclasses and workshops, mystery picnics and self-discovery food journeys at wineries, cellar doors, restaurants, cafes and dedicated workshop hubs. Ignite your senses as you uncover new experiences, new tastes and new flavours during a month long celebration and showcase of Barossa’s wine and food, the people and their stories .
