DAY 1 - Welcome to Barossa
Your private driver will transfer you from Adelaide Airport to the The Louise where you’ll be welcomed with side by side couples massages in the comfort of your suite. Later, take a short stroll to Appellation restaurant where the skilled team will show you the very best of Barossa’s culinary spoils.
DAY 2 - Seppletsfield, a renaissance in Australian wine
Dive in to the History of the famous Seppeltsfield estate with a tour of the Centennial Cellar. Here, you will witness the remarkable vision of Oscar Benno Pedro Seppelt, who in 1878, began the legacy of maturing single vintage Tawny for 100 years before release. Taste your birth year vintage Tawny direct from the barrel in this once in a lifetime experience.
Spend the afternoon exploring more of the Seppeltsfield estate… first enjoy a classic Barossa long lunch at renowned FINO restaurant. Then, wander over to Vasse Virgin, a natural beauty company situated in the old vinegar house on the Seppeltsfield property. Here you’ll be lead through a natural perfume making masterclass with a full sized bottle of your own creation to remember your experience.

DAY 3 - Breakfast with the Kangaroos, a Wineglass Masterclass & 8 course lunch at St Hugo
Your driver arrives at 7am for the 20-minute transfer to the nearby conservation park. An easy 15-minute bush walk into the park leads to a clearing where families of native kangaroos are enjoying their breakfast. Your driver, who doubles as your walking host, will assist in setting out your own picnic-style breakfast in this beautiful, natural setting. This gentle morning walk is a memorable way to engage with Australia’s most unique living icons.
Did you know that the shape of the glass affects the way you experience wine? Allow St Hugo’s talented Sommelier to take you through a masterclass in Riedel glassware with their premium wines. Explore how each glass is designed to positively highlight the characteristics of different grape varieties with some of Barossa’s most esteemed wines.
The dining room at the home of St Hugo is a stunning renovated 1850’s ironstone building and the perfect place to experience contemporary “wine centric cuisine”. Savour an 8 course lunch; a collaboration between Executive Chef, Mark McNamara, and St Hugo Chief Winemaker, Dan Swincer, a menu designed to complement the power and elegance of St Hugo wines.
Spend the afternoon cocooned in the comfort of your suite. Take a dive in the pool. Heat up in the sauna. Gaze at the big sky from your outdoor shower. This evening, put your robe on and your feet up. Snack on a grazing platter of our Appellation chef’s favourite Barossa small goods. Savour true relaxation.
DAY 4 - Time to say farewell...for now
Take in the Barossa vista over breakfast served in your private terrace. Your driver will collect you at 11am and transfer you back to Adelaide to begin the rest of your journey.
