Florentino will host this one night only dinner with an exceptional four course menu with canapes by Guy Grossi, paired with five wines by Vasse Felix and Idée Fixe, including Vasse Felix icons, the 2019 TOM CULLITY and 2021 Heytesbury Chardonnay.
This dinner is presented by Vasse Felix's Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock.
