Mandoon Estate is thrilled to welcome Dale Tilbrook Experiences and Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery to the estate. 

Affectionately known as the 'Bush Tucker Queen', Wardandi Bibbulmun woman, Dale Tilbrook, is a wealth of knowledge about Australian native edibles or bush tucker, and she loves sharing her cultural knowledge with others. 

Join Dale on her Bush Tucker Tasting & Talk in the new Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery at Mandoon Estate where she takes visitors on a cultural journey. Enjoy tastings of traditional bush foods and stories about Indigenous farming methods and the history of the Noongar peoples from this ancient land. 

The talk and tasting lasts for approximately 60 minutes and a minimum of 6 people are required for this experience.  

In addition to Dale's cultural experiences, the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery specialises in fine art by Indigenous artists from Western Australia. The paintings on display are contemporary, colourful, and connected to country. As well as original artworks and prints, Maalinup also offers a range of printed napery and T- shirts featuring Aboriginal designs.
