Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia

One Hat for Printhie Dining!

We are thrilled to hear that Printhie Dining has received one chef hat at the recent 2024 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards!

The annual Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, in recognition of outstanding chefs and restaurants since 1984, now showcases nearly 500 independent reviews meticulously assessed by a team of critics within the past six months. Good Food, the highly regarded Australian culinary publication, awards its prestigious hats, ranging from one to the highest accolade of three hats, setting the benchmark for the industry.

Headed by Chef Jack Brown, Printhie Dining offers a full-scale restaurant experience at Printhie's Cellar Door, nestled on the slopes of Mt Canobolas, 1000 metres above sea level. Jack's culinary creations draw inspiration from Australian native flavours and premium local ingredients; his dishes are seasonally driven, honouring the food's origins and the producers, with Printhie's wines providing the ultimate guidance for the menu's composition.

At Printhie Dining, you can choose a five-course degustation lunch with a vegetarian option while enjoying the stunning view, or savour freshly shucked oysters from Printhie's innovative oyster tank (the first Cellar Door in Australia to embrace this technology), an ideal pairing with the Swift Sparkling range.
