De Bortoli has recently launched three exciting new experiences: the Noble One Masterclass, The Perfect Match, and the Behind the Scenes Tour and Premium Tasting.

Noble One Masterclass 

Experience the renowned Noble One like never before with an exclusive masterclass at the Cellar Door. Dive into a captivating journey with a Behind the Scenes tour of the De Bortoli Yarra Valley vineyard and winery, where you'll immerse yourself in the inspiring De Bortoli family saga, spanning four generations. After the tour, indulge in a tasting of Noble One through the ages, including the current vintage, a 2015 Vintage, and the timeless Black Noble, paired with delectable dessert canapés—an absolute delight for those with a sweet tooth!

This experience is available daily at 10am for 2-12 guests. 

The Perfect Match

Ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 10 guests, the premium tasting takes place in one of the private rooms at the cellar door. Guests are expertly guided through a selection of wines paired with cheese, culminating with De Bortoli’s world-renowned Noble One. The host shares the story of the Yarra Valley wine region and the inspiring success story of the De Bortoli Family.

This experience is available daily at 10am for 2-10 guests. 

Behind the Scenes Tour and Premium Tasting

Begin your journey with a guided tour of De Bortoli’s winery facility, gaining insight into the wine-making process amidst the scenic 240-hectare vineyard. Delve into the inspired story of the De Bortoli family as you explore the beautiful surroundings. Learn about the production of red, white, and sparkling wines, and taste wine straight from the barrel in the barrel hall. After the tour, return to the Trophy Room for a seated wine and cheese pairing session, where you'll taste a selection of premium wines, including De Bortoli’s renowned Noble One.
