An amazing two Ultimate Wineries winemakers have scored places for the esteemed 2023 Len Evans Tutorial, often referred to as ‘the greatest wine school on earth'. Only 12 Australian wine professionals were chosen from a record 180 candidates - the highest number of submissions in the Tutorial's 21-year legacy. 

Brokenwood winemaker, Kate Sturgess and Voyager Estate's chief winemaker, Tim Shand are our successful Ultimate Wineries scholars for the Tutorial, held in the Hunter Valley from 30 October to 3 November 2023.

Throughout the years, the Len Evans Tutorial has established itself as an indispensable training platform for its participants, a significant number of whom have progressed to assume roles as wine show directors, esteemed wine assessors, prominent figures within the industry, and experts in the field of wines. This enduring legacy stands as a testament to the Tutorial's purpose and embodies the visionary aspirations of Len Evans.
