Printhie Dining is gearing up to host the second Winemaker's Dinner collaboration between two Ultimate Winery members - Josef Chromy and Printhie Wines on Saturday, October 21, in Orange.

The inaugural endeavour between these two wineries, was hosted by Josef Chromy in September in Tasmania's beautiful Tamar Valley highlighting the cool climate and exceptional wines of Josef Chromy. In October, the scene shifts to the vibrant atmosphere of Orange, New South Wales, where Printhie Wines will offer a taste of this renowned wine region through their oustanding wines and culinary prowess.

Printhie's Winemaker's Dinner will commence with a sparkling welcome, featuring tantalising canapés and freshly shucked oysters sourced from their own tank. The centerpiece of the event is a meticulously curated four-course dinner, each course expertly paired with wines from both Josef Chromy and Printhie.

Josef Chromy's experts, alongside Printhie's Head Winemaker Drew Tuckwell, will lead an engaging discussion about each wine, unveiling the nuances in winemaking styles, showcasing the distinct characteristics of these two cool climate regions.

This groundbreaking collaboration, the first of its kind in Orange, presents a rare opportunity to experience the excellence of one of Tasmania's premier wineries, Josef Chromy, alongside the esteemed winemakers at Printhie Wines.
