Between 14th and 23rd July this year, Margaret River will welcome visitors to the first Cabin Fever Festival. A winter celebration of quality wine, food, local produce and good times.
Experience chocolate, cheese and coffee appreciation, secret speakeasies, wine dinners, degustation menus, wine-fuelled crafts, bonfires, brews, live music and more.
The inaugural Cabin Fever Festival coincides with Vasse Felix celebrating 50 years in Margaret River. To mark the anniversary, Vasse Felix will host Five for Five - Rare Wine and Food. Share in a special five-course dinner with the winemakers, celebrating the evolution of Cabernet Sauvignon at Vasse Felix.
On 21st July Voyager Estate will be hosting Guy Grossi in Residence - Australia’s leading Italian chef will present a menu showcasing the best of Margaret River produce matched to Voyager Estate Wines. A rare opportunity to hear more from this celebrated chef.

Go behind the scenes with Melbourne chef, Guy Grossi and Voyager Estate chef, Santiago Fernandez with the ultimate wine & food weekend in Margaret River, which includes two nights accommodation in a private Voyager Estate house.
Guy Grossi is guest chef for the second In Residence dinner, as part of Cabin Fever Festival, where he will present a four course menu, paired to Voyager Estate wines.
You will meet Guy in the kitchen prior to the dinner for an exclusive opportunity to see the dinner preparations and hear from Guy on his menu creation for the evening.
You’ll then join the other dinner guests for a night of beautiful food, great wines and the chance to learn about the influences that has helped make Guy Australia’s leading Italian chef.
The next day, you’ll be immersed into food and wine, with your guides, Voyager Estate Head Chef, Santiago Fernandez and Voyager Estate Sommelier, Claire Tonon.
Learn more about wine descriptors, aromas and characters, focusing on Margaret River’s key varietals, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Then apply your learning with a masterclass on food & wine pairing, that will include lunch in the Voyager Estate Restaurant.
The day will also include a behind the scenes look at wine production, taking you from the vineyards to the winery.
Following some free time to relax and freshen up, you will be transferred to Leeuwin Estate, Voyager Estate’s neighbour and fellow member of Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia. You will enjoy a 7-course degustation that includes wines from the icon Art Series range.
On Sunday, your check-out is at your leisure.
