Voyager Estate Celebrates Margaret River

Voyager Estate is excited to launch a new three-course Margaret River Discovery Menu that celebrates the flavours, colours and character of the iconic Margaret River region.

The Margaret River Discovery Menu showcases the finest local and South West produce while telling the story of the Margaret River region and how this unique part of the world influences the Voyager Estate wines. In addition, the the artwork of Margaret River artists Karin Luciano, Patricia Negus, Peter Moir and Caroline Juniper (below), ensure the Discovery Menu is truly a feast for all the senses.

‘A Tale of Two Honey Possums’

Celebrated painter and author, Patricia Negus’s detailed watercolours have vividly captured all aspects of Margaret River’s natural beauty; the wild flowers, local fish species, mushroom varieties, birds and native fauna. Martine Perret & David Dare Parker have won multiple awards through their individual coverage of United Nations projects in war-torn countries and published photojournalism features in leading international magazines. The new Discovery Menu is the latest in a series of exciting changes at Voyager Estate. The Voyager Estate Wine Room has also shifted from a traditional Cellar Door tasting experience to become more of a wine lounge, where visitors are able to purchase wine flights, wine by the glass or bottle. A range of chef selected, wine-friendly share plates is also available.   

Wine tasting is still very much at the heart of this new layout. Tastings are presented through curated or ‘pick-your-own’ wine flights served at the table with knowledgeable Wine Room staff on hand to answer any questions.
