Until 28 June: Curated by Christine Gregory, Time to Burn examines current fire management practices, with a focus on aerial prescribed burning in Western Australia’s Great Southern and South West regions. 5-7 Jun:Another great long weekend activity is Roam Rutherglen. This is Australia's longest running wine festival. Grab your friends, join theStanton & Killeencrew (check out their Hidden Winery Tour in the program) and the other great wineries in the region for this famous annual event.

7 Jun: This King's Birthday weekend travel out to the beautiful King Valley to Pizzini Wines, and join in their Sangiovese E Salsicce Celebration. This includes a long lunch, and In The Grounds -  wine, food, music and fun.

11-13 Jun: The National Wine Festival. This will include the show, dinners, masterclasses, and expo. Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia will also be there, so come and say hi. Tickets for all the events are available on their website.

13 Jun: Winter is Tasmania is a special affair, and House of Arras is celebrating with collaboration and enthusiasm for all things winter and farming at two prestigious Tasmanian producers, Pipers Brook Truffles and the House of Arras.
