You’ll begin with a guided tasting of several aged Muscats, each drawn from different stages of the historic solera system. Discover how age, barrel selection, and blending choices influence flavour, aroma, and balance. Then, with expert guidance, you’ll experiment with different combinations until you’ve crafted a blend that’s entirely your own.

To finish, you'll bottle your unique creation in a 500ml bottle with a custom label—the perfect memento of your winemaking journey.
