The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. St Hugo's philosophy can be explored to another level through the “Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in the Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both the Kitchen and Front of House team.
Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a short walk through the vineyards to the onsite Kitchen Garden.
Hosted by St Hugo's Chef, take an informative tour and learn about the inner workings of the garden and how it's used on the seasonal menus. You will get the opportunity to forage, taste and smell some of the fresh produce and herbs that can be found in the garden.
Head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at the open kitchen with a full view of the Chefs at work. Let them take you on a culinary journey, showcasing a seasonal menu while being complemented with stunning St Hugo wines from the knowledgeable cellar door hosts.
