Embark on a sensory journey that reveals a story through a curated tasting of Occasion and Heritage wines.  Taste seven of the most revered wines in varietal glassware, matched to tempting tastes from the chef and delivered to you in the vineyard then discover more with a bonus vertical of three estate Shirazes as you look out over the prized Block 14 vineyard.

Estate Tour and Discovery Menu, Voyager Estate

This is the full Voyager Estate experience, from vine to wine, and garden to table.

As you are taken around Voyager Estate, a tour guide provides you with an insight into winemaking and viticulture, the history and personalities of Voyager Estate. With only 6 guests at any one time, it’s the best way to explore the Estate.

Discover the vineyards – the lifeblood of the Estate - see the winery barrel hall where you can taste wine from the barrel, and kitchen garden. You will finish the tour with a guided tasting of Voyager Estate wines.

From here, you can take your healthy appetite through to the restaurant and experience a journey of the senses with the famous wine-paired seven-course Wine Discovery Menu.

Picnic Among the Vines, Audrey Wilkinson

Enjoy a self-guided tour of the onsite museum, followed by a master class and premium tasting from the in-house wine expert.

Collect your bottle of handpicked wine along with a picnic hamper and select a scenic location within the 270 acre property to enjoy the picturesque view and immerse yourself amongst the vines where you will feel as though you have the whole vineyard to yourself!

Stone Dwellers Experience, Fowles Wine

Enjoy a scenic drive to Fowles Wine vineyards and winery before meeting a wine expert for a casual but informative, behind the scenes personal tour featuring tank and barrel room tastings. Then savour a glass of wine while enjoying views of the dramatic granite strewn landscape and the central Victorian plains.

Having worked up an appetite, return to the Cellar Door for a two course lunch featuring platters of premium regional produce matched to Stone Dwellers wine.

Lunch, Wine and Wetland Views, Tahbilk

Tahbilk’s Wetlands Café is perched overlooking the wetlands providing an ideal setting for a relaxed lunch with some fine wines.

Enjoy a three course lunch created with the finest local produce and matched to pairings of current and mature wines. You will learn the characteristics of a wine when it is young and when it is mature. Two pairings, a white and a red will be presented by a Tahbilk Wine Ambassador who will explain the characteristics of the wines in full.

After lunch, walk the wetlands trail accompanied by an expert guide who will explain the restoration work that has been completed, the work being done to save the endangered species that live in the wetlands and the impact the ecological work has on the winery and its wines.
