9.00-11.30 - PRINTED NATURALLY – exclusive hands-on workshop with Francesco Gorenazzo

Margaret River PRINTMAKING offers you a chance to experience the knowledge and guidance of Francesco Geronazzo, a credited University of Bologna lecturer in traditional printmaking with worldwide experience.

We provide you with the art space, the guidance and the tools to come on your own creative journey.

In this course (90 minutes) we will work with the natural environment around us. Working solely with natural forms: seeds/stems/leaves etc.. Anything else that you have sourced from nature can be included if you like.

We will provide a variety of articles for you to choose from as well. We will produce a kaleidoscopic variety of images referencing back to the origins of the natural world around us. We will weave through various compositions, coloured prints and natural pigments derived from resins and spices. The options are endless as you can bring any natural items that you wish to permanently capture is this timeless technique. The world is yours to create with!

18.00-22.00 - ULTIMATE WINE DINNER SERIES AT LEEUWIN ESTATE

Experience an extraordinary collaboration between world-class 2 Michelin star chef Kirk Westaway (Jann, Singapore) and one of Margaret River's most prestigious wineries: Leeuwin Estate.

The evening promises a unique dining experience, specially curated and produced by a renowned Michelin-starred chef and Leeuwin’s own Dan Gedge.

Be treated to exquisitely delicious dishes, perfectly paired with the wineries' finest wines. With limited capacity for each event, join us for an intimate culinary journey, enhanced by the melodies of a local musician.

11.00-12.30 - VASSE FELIX “THE ORIGINAL TOUR”

An insightful introduction to our vineyards and wine tasting, exploring earth and expression.

The Original Tour takes you on a journey within Margaret River’s founding wine estate. Immerse yourself in the unique history and folklore of Vasse Felix, then be enthralled by the finer details of organic viticulture and the land as you explore the region’s original vineyard, planted in 1967.

You’ll uncover knowledge of the environmental elements that bring unique characters to the wines, which will reveal layers of sensory delight during your private tasting of the Vasse Felix Wine Collection.

12.30-16.00 - PAIR’D FESTIVAL GRAND TASTING AT HOWARD PARK

The Grand Tasting is a convergence of wine icons that speak to Margaret River’s high-end quality.

Discover and taste an exquisite selection of wines from the region’s most prestigious wineries, ranging from their best-sellers to rare museum specials, all highlighting the utmost quality of this wine region.

As you sip and enjoy your wine, indulge in gourmet delicacies crafted by Supper Road. Your ticket includes top-quality charcuterie boards and globally inspired dishes, offering the perfect opportunity to find your favourite wine and cuisine pairing.

Alongside the tastings, enjoy live music from our headline singer whilst mooching through our garden activations or relaxing in our garden lounges. And for those who want to delve deeper into the wines, you’ll have the opportunity to add on a taster wine masterclasses. Held in Howard Park’s cellar door and Wine Chapel, these taster masterclasses will take you on a sensory journey of discovery, lead by the winemakers themselves!

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to buy and take home your favourite bottles at the end of the session, to enjoy on those special occasions.

Day 3 – Sunday 17^th of November

10.00-16.00 - VOYAGER ESTATE’S “THE UNEARTHED DAY”

The Voyager Estate story begins with a love of the land and an ongoing passion for sustainability. Guests are invited to join the team in this relaxed, hands-on look at wine appreciation through the lens of organic farming and Voyager’s winemaking approach.

Uncover the reasons Voyager believes great wine is made in the vineyard as the day starts with a guided walk through the vines. Learn about the different characteristics of grape varieties, grape growing and seasonal influence.

Continue with a visit to the winery for exclusive access to the technical staff, barrel tastings and a look at Voyager Estate's winemaking techniques and philosophies.

Included in the day is a tutored wine tasting in the private room to unmask the language and characteristics of wine. The basics of food and wine matching are also explored.

Conclude the experience in our Restaurant with a wine-paired lunch experience.

For those on the full day experience, an interactive food and wine pairing session follows lunch as well as a visit to Voyager's underground cellar for a look at sparkling wine production and to raise a glass to the new knowledge acquired throughout the day.
