This amazing 360 degree dining experience will showcase three vintages of Amazing Sites wines in 10 individual flights. Each flight of Amazing Sites wines will be accompanied by its own purposefully curated elegant course crafted by Singapore Circus Head Chef Jamie Steele and his team. Through each course, diners are surrounded 360 degrees, immersed in the specific vineyard that produces the Amazing Sites wine as it evolves through a season.

The d’Arenberg Cube opened in 2017 and immediately impressed with its bold, modern design. This five-level structure – set in the middle of a vineyard – includes a wine sensory room, virtual fermenter and 360-degree video space. 

The range of wines set to be shared during this event capture the essence of a unique patch of dirt, celebrating the importance of place and the art of winemaking.
