This amazing 360 degree dining experience will showcase three vintages of 10 Amazing Sites wines in 10 individual flights. Each flight of 3 Amazing Sites wines will be accompanied by its own purposefully curated elegant course crafted by d'Arry's Verandah Restaurant Head Chef Peter Reschke. Diners will be lead through the courses vineyard by vineyard with 360 degree visuals of each label and narration by no other than Chief Winemaker Chester Osborn himself. 

The d’Arenberg Cube opened in 2017 and immediately impressed with its bold, modern design. This five-level structure – set in the middle of a vineyard – includes a wine sensory room, virtual fermenter and 360-degree video space. It’s here you will enjoy a pre-event glass of Pollyanna Polly Sparkling White NV before being guided through a curated selection of d'Arenberg’s spectacular single vineyard shiraz collection. These old vine vineyards reveal a jaw-dropping history of more than 2000 years of combined age.

The range of wines set to be shared during this Tasting Australia event capture the essence of a unique patch of dirt, celebrating the importance of place and the art of winemaking.
