PLANT ONE ON ME – VEGAN DINNER PAIRED WITH GEMTREE WINES

Get together with a group of like-minded friends and join Gemtree in the Secret Garden at the Marion Hotel for a night of incredible food and wine!

Gemtree Wines are partnering with the Marion Hotel for this year's Plant One on Me Dinner. Enjoy a plant-based four-course menu, showcasing local produce and delicious flavours, paired with four of Gemtree's delicious organic, sustainable and vegan friendly wines.

Plus an extra surprise! You will have to wait until the night to find out what it is.

Course 1
Gazpacho, beets & strawberries
Paired with Gemtree Luna De Fresa Tempranillo Rose

Course 2
Roasted pumpkin, pumpkin & miso puree, white bean nori dukkah
Paired with Gemtree Fiano

Course 3
Charred kohlrabi, ajika, Za’tar
Paired with Gemtree Cinnabar Grenache Shiraz Mataro

Course 4
Espresso creme caramel, pistachio biscotti
Paired with Gemtree Ernest Allen Shiraz
