April is a great month in the wineries. Both Easter and ANZAC day are happening within the month, so what better time to enjoy the events and the beautiful autumn colours. 

Throughout April: Jude Grace, Light & Gatherings at Jacob's Creek: Jude Grace is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice begins with wandering and finding symbolism in nature. This exhibition captures that process through the landscape of Jacob’s Creek and its home in the Barossa region. Without agenda, Jude gathers the offerings she encounters, including bark, leaves, seed pods, and organic fragments shaped by season, weather, and time.

3-6 Apr: Easter - There's plenty of Easter fun in the beautiful King Valley at Pizzini Wines and in Milawa at Brown Brothers, so why not head out there and make a full weekend of it? If you're in Tasmania, then Devil's Corner is the place to be, or in beautiful Perth, then head out to the Swan Valley and Mandoon Estate.

Book your place in Pizzini's beautiful grounds or cellar door and enjoy pillowy gnocchi, salumi plates, cocktails and of course their delicious wine will be served.

Brown Brothers annual Easter Family Festival, is full of live music, entertainment & interactive kids activities, food, and of course wine. 

Celebrate Easter Sunday with a relaxed family day on the lawn at Devil’s Corner. Children can enjoy Easter eggs and meet Alice in Wonderland as she wanders the grounds, pausing for photos and friendly encounters. While they play and explore, parents can settle in with a glass of wine and enjoy something delicious from Devil’s Kitchen or Fishers of Freycinet.

Hop into Mandoon Estate’s Easter Family Fun Fair! Enjoy animal cuddles, bouncy castles, face painting, giant bubbles, the Easter Bunny, and a magical fairy stage show for the whole family. This is a free event, no ticket is required.

9-12 Apr: Festival of Footy - Experience Seppeltsfield’s Luxury Collection Tasting at the Cellar Door, celebrating 175 years with premium Barossa Single Vineyard wines and fortifieds.

10 Apr: Join us at Yalumba this Gather Round for a relaxed day in the Barossa with good food, live music and family-friendly fun. Whether you're travelling through for the footy or simply enjoying a day out, their clocktower lawns will be the perfect place to settle in and soak up the atmosphere.

12Apr: Sunday Session at Seppeltsfield - Join Seppeltsfield Road Business Alliance for a relaxed Sunday session at Prohibition Distillery, featuring local wines, gin, food trucks, live music, lawn games, and family-friendly fun in the heart of the Barossa.

12 Apr: Enjoy a 1 day only collaborative lunch at Vasse Felix Restaurant, bringing together Head Chef Cam Home and de'sendent Executive Chef Evan Hayter. This special event features a six-course set menu celebrating seasonal produce, regional flavours and refined technique.
