31 May-2 Jun: Vasse Felix will host the Tom Cullity Weekend, celebrating the pioneer with an immersive experience exploring the Cabernet Sauvignon history of Margaret River's founding winery, culminating in a vertical tasting of three special vintages of their iconic Tom Cullity Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec. 1-30 Jun: The Pasta Festival is being held in the Yarra Valley at De Bortoli. Join them for two pasta courses and a glass of bubbles all through June.

1 & 8 Jun: Winter is great time to go indoors and get creative. Seppeltfield is home to Jam Factory Craft & Design who are running a wooden spoon making workshop and a linocut printing workshop.

5-15 + 21 Jun: Dark Mofo is back. Join the Mona crew in Hobart for a winter festival like no other.  It is filled with creative cutting edge artists, food, wine, dancing and of course, the winter solstice nude swim.

6 Jun:  Brown Brothers brings together two incredible chefs, Bodee Price (Brown Brothers) and Nick Mahlook (Mahlook of Sodafish — formerly of The Atlantic at Crown and Stokehouse) for an unforgettable dining experience. This is their Ocean to Garden Dinner.

6 Jun: Two of our wineries are partnering to bring you the St Hugo X Josef Chromy Winemaker Dinner, hosted in the Barossa Valley at St Hugo. This special event will unite two esteemed winemakers representing three exceptional regions - Barossa, Coonawarra & Tasmania for an unforgettable Ultimate Wineries of Australia dinner. 

Join Chief Winemakers Peter Munro of St Hugo and Yael Sandler of Josef Chromy for an evening celebrating the finest in Australian winemaking, with St Hugo Executive Chef, Simon Hicks creating an ultimate dining experience to compliment the premium wine portfolios.

6-9 Jun: This long weekend is Winter Wine Weekend at Ten Minutes By Tractor on the Mornington Peninsula. The weekend will include Peninsula Pairings, 4 curated wine flights offering a unique perspective on the region's vineyards. The Winemaker Exchange, join longtime friends and acclaimed winemakers Kevin Bell (Hurley Vineyard) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special evening of food and wine. The Winemaker Exchange, Join Sam Coverdale (Polperro) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special lunch celebrating the ‘Up the Hill’ vineyards. Museum Tastings, step into their cellar for a curated tasting that offers a rare glimpse into the evolution of Ten Minutes by Tractor wines. Allis Wine Pairings, Join the team at Allis for a thoughtfully curated wine pairing alongside our 'Allow Us' menu. 

7 Jun: Pinot Frenzy is a celebration of the Mornington Peninsula's best Pinot Noir. Held at Pt. Leo Estate they are not only showcasing their own pinot, but five other wineries as well.

7-8 Jun: This King's Birthday weekend travel out to the beautiful King Valley to Pizzini Wines, and join in their Sangiovese E Salsicce Celebration. This includes a long lunch, and In The Grounds -  wine, food, music and fun.

7-8 Jun: Another great long weekend activity is Roam Rutherglen Winery Walkabout. This is Australia's longest running wine festival. Grab your friends, join the Stanton & Killeen crew (check out their Hidden Winery Tour in the program) and the other great wineries in the region for this famous annual event.

8 Jun: The Western Port and the Mornington Peninsula is an official UNESCO-designated Biosphere Reserve. Pt. Leo Estate has long held a sustainable sourcing ethos, working closely with local farmers and suppliers, also practicing sustainable sourcing. On World Oceans Day, Laura will be host a unique dining experience for the ethically inclined fine diner. 

12-15 Jun: The National Wine Show is celebrating its 50th birthday by holding the inaugural National Wine Festival. This will include the show, dinners, masterclasses, and expo. Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia will also be there, so come and say hi. Tickets for all the events are available on their website.

13 Jun: On the second Friday of every month Taylors Wines in the Clare Valley hosts Seahorse Sessions. Shake off the work week and slide into the weekend with live music, award-winning wines and delicious pizzas & platters to nibble on.

14 Jun: Yalumba invites you to an exclusive wine tasting and lunch to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 2022 vintage, alongside a few exclusive tastes of their exceptional 2025 Museum Release. This lunch is in the iconic Signature Cellar, hosted by Louisa Rose, Winemaker and Global Brand Ambassador.

20 Jun - 27 July: Calling all Harry Potter fans! Walk into the depths of a dark forest, discover Fantastic Beasts™, interactive spells and discover some of the most iconic scenes from the beloved Harry Potter™ film series. Set in beautiful woodland, this experience has been brought to life by award-winning theatrical designers and experiential creators. Hosted by Sirromet Wines.
