The one-Chef’s Hat menu celebrates the finest produce across the Mornington Peninsula and Victoria to deliver a contemporary dining offering. It is built around their wood-fired oven, and the menu is complemented by luxury supplements, including fresh-shucked oysters and caviar bumps

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of Pt. Leo Estate Méthode Traditionnelle. Then, your dining experience includes a delicious 3-course meal with a local wine progression featuring three Victorian wines chosen by our Head of Beverage. Also included is a meander of the Sculpture Park. This is self-guided, so you can take it at your own pace and truly appreciate all that this world-class art Estate has to offer. Finally, you will have a private and personalised Pt. Leo Estate Cellar Door experience that includes five wines of your choosing.
