Start your experience with a private behind the scenes tour of the oyster tank, where you’ll hand pick four oysters that will be shucked and served with vinaigrettes that are matched to four award winning Swift Sparklings including the cuvée, rosé, vintage and blanc de noirs.

A Sparkling Specialist will guide you through the sparkling and oyster matching before leaving you to settle in and enjoy the self paced matching.
