Following this, you’ll be given a tour through the high density Gabrielle vineyard; meander through rows of vines, learn about this unique vineyard (and the 67cm wide tractor used there), the nuances of cultivation and what it takes to craft the perfect glass of wine.

After taking in the beautiful surrounds, enjoy a glass of Blanc de Blancs in the underground restaurant cellar while you explore the extensive collection of local and internationally acclaimed wines.
