Each vineyard will host you on their quintessential signature experience to give you a truly premium and behind the scenes look into their vineyards and wine making process.

ITINERARY

10am - Mount Pleasant - 'Heritage Experience'

Discover one of the oldest wineries in Australia. Join a member of the Mount Pleasant team and enjoy a Heritage Tasting Experience as they take you on a journey through some of the most iconic and award winning wines, immerse yourself in the stories behind these historic vines. Indulge in a guided tasting of premium wines paired with a generous selection of local and international cheese and charcuterie accompanied with olives and lavosh.

12noon - 'The Match Experience' followed by Lunch

After taking in the beautiful scenery of the Hunter Valley, you arrive at one of Australia’s most reputable wine labels. Here you are greeted by one of the friendly concierge staff who will take you to the Match room where you will enjoy a seated wine and food flight with a selection of 6 wines matched with bite-sized canapés*. (Canapés vary according to seasonal produce availability).  From here it’s to the restaurant to enjoy a delicious Chefs selection Banquet style lunch including a shared main, sides and dessert (beverages not included/at own expense).

2.30pm - Audrey Wilkinson - 'Sweet indulgence experience'

Be welcomed to the cellar door with a glass of sparkling wine followed by a decadent selection of 6 dessert style wines matched to handmade local Hunter Valley artisan chocolates from Cocoa Nib. Immerse yourself in our unique history while taking in the breathtaking 360 degree views, as you enjoy our award-winning range.

Each guest will receive a take home etched Audrey Wilkinson glass along with a handmade chocolate gift from Cocoa Nib.
