They will take you behind the scenes as you unearth a hidden gateway to the Hazards Vineyard and Moulting Lagoon. This is where Tasmania's East Coast flaunts its finest flavours among native landscapes and breathtaking views. Dive into an exclusive vineyard tour, master the art of oyster shucking, and savour lunch in their underground cellar, The Devil’s Den, before wrapping up with a hosted premium wine tasting.

12:00 PM: Meet at the Cellar Door
12:15 PM: Vineyard Visit
- Hop in the minibus for a scenic ride through the picturesque vineyard.
- Learn about vineyard history, varieties, and maybe even spot some sheep!
12:15 PM: Moulting Lagoon Oyster Experience
- Partake in a unique oyster shucking demonstration from the back of a ute. Yes, it’s as real as it gets.
- Sip on Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling or Pinot Gris.
- Indulge in fresh Freycinet oysters while soaking up the vineyard's history and private views.
1:15 PM: Return to The Devils Den
1:30 PM: Lunch
- Feast on gourmet delights from The Fishers of Freycinet*, paired with a selection of premium Devils Corner wine.
- *Dietaries: only GF and Vegetarian dietaries can be catered for upon request
2:30 PM: Premium Hosted Tasting at The Devils Den
