8.00am Escape the energy of Sydney for the tranquil beauty of the Blue Mountains. Discover secluded lookouts, hidden bush tracks and sweeping vistas far from the crowds, with the flexibility to tailor the pace - whether you prefer gentle sightseeing or a more active exploration.

In the afternoon journey west across the dramatic Great Dividing Range to the vibrant regional hub of Orange.

6.00pm Arrive in Orange and check in to your accommodation. Enjoy an evening at leisure to immerse yourself in one of Australia’s most celebrated food and wine destinations, known for its acclaimed wine bars, award-winning restaurants and relaxed yet sophisticated dining scene. Day 2
9.00am Check out and depart with Sydney Bespoke Tours for a scenic drive to Lake Canobolas, continuing to the summit of Mount Canobolas. This elevated landscape showcases cool-climate beauty, native flora and fauna, rich biodiversity and panoramic views across the region.

10.30am – 2.30pm Arrive at Printhie Wines for an immersive, premium food and wine experience:

11.30am Kitchen Garden Tour
12.00pm Chef’s Table degustation with matched wines, hosted within the kitchen by the chefs (groups larger than two will enjoy a VIP table in the restaurant or by the fire in the wine bar, with regular chef interaction)
