The Taste of History Experience takes guests into an icon of wine history, the 1878 Centennial Cellar, where they will taste the legendary 100 year old Para Vintage Tawny, directly from the barrel. This is truly a once in a lifetime wine experience.

Established in 1851, the historic Seppeltsfield Winery offers Australia’s finest wine estate experience. Walk alongside decades of history to see the world’s oldest unbroken collection of wine in this behind the scenes experience.
