Begin with the crisp elegance of St Andrews Riesling, perfectly matched to smoked salmon bruschetta. Move to the richness of Chardonnay, paired with warm sourdough topped with creamy goat’s cheese, hot honey, and crushed nuts. Savour the earthy depth of Shiraz, complemented by roasted portobello mushrooms and fresh herbs. Conclude with the power and finesse of Cabernet Sauvignon, beautifully paired with tender beef fillet, broccolini, and a decadent blue cheese sauce.
This curated experience highlights the harmony between wine and food, celebrating the unique terroir of the Clare Valley while paying tribute to local produce and craftsmanship.
