Wine, Wildlife and Vineyard Safari
Wine and wildlife safari

Step beyond the cellar door and experience the vineyard as few ever do.
This private two-hour tour invites you to taste some world class sparkling wines and explore the property in a luxurious electric passenger cart—an intimate and immersive journey designed for those who appreciate fine wine and want to understand the craft behind it.
Led by an expert guide, you will travel approximately 1.5 kilometres across diverse terrain, moving through the heart of the vineyard and out to the dam and stream, where resident platypuses quietly inhabit the landscape. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how exceptional wine begins—through careful stewardship of land, climate, and ecology.
This is not simply a tour; it is an opportunity to see, firsthand, the philosophy that underpins everything House of Arras does. The winery's commitment to sustainability is not a statement—it is a daily practice. Every decision is made with the long term in mind, ensuring the land is not only preserved, but enhanced for the next generation of world-class winemakers.
As you move through the property, you may encounter an extraordinary range of native wildlife including Eagles, Platypuses, Bandicoots and Brown Falcons.
No two tours are ever the same. Each visit offers a unique window into the rhythms of the land, the season, and the living environment that shapes every bottle produced.
For those who value authenticity, depth, and a genuine connection to place, this is an experience not to be missed.
