Saturday 17th August | 12pm | Location: Ten Minutes by Tractor

On Saturday, 17th August, Ten Minutes by Tractor will host a memorable lunch with Martin Spedding, owner of Ten Minutes by Tractor, and Cameron Wilson, winemaker at Montalto. This exclusive event will uncover the stories behind these iconic estates, delving into the unique terroir that shapes their award-winning wines. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated selection of eight wines, perfectly paired with a seasonal tasting menu in the two-hatted restaurant. The experience will also feature a selection of museum wines from each estate, offering an opportunity to discover the depth and longevity of Mornington Peninsula's acclaimed wines.

Icons of the Mornington Peninsula: A Weekend with Ten Minutes by Tractor

Sunday 25th August | 11.30am | Location: Montalto 

The journey continues on Sunday, 25th August, at Montalto. Simon Black, Montalto's Chief Winemaker, will take you on a private tour of Montalto’s most iconic vineyards, explaining the unique qualities of cool climate wines and the varying characteristics of vines grown mere metres apart. Returning to The Restaurant, a four-course set menu awaits, featuring the best seasonal produce from the estate gardens and local ingredients. Simon Black and Imogen Dillon, Chief Winemaker at Ten Minutes by Tractor, will guide guests through each course, sharing their impressive knowledge of the impact of terroir on the eight carefully matched wines: four from Montalto and four from Ten Minutes by Tractor.
