Seppeltsfield Estate recently hosted an exclusive luncheon for the South Australia Business Chamber, inviting fifteen esteemed members of Business SA’s ‘1839 Club’ to indulge in a unique and immersive experience. The event began with guests arriving at the estate, where they were greeted with welcome drinks and canapés in the Vintage Cellar, setting the tone for a day of exploration and indulgence.
Throughout the luncheon, guests embarked on a roving journey across multiple historic venues scattered throughout the estate. At each stop, they were treated to meticulously curated cuisine paired with Seppeltsfield's award-winning wines, offering a sensory journey through the region's rich history and exceptional flavours.
One of the highlights of the day was a behind-the-scenes culinary experience in the estate's commercial kitchen. Guests delved into the food history of Seppeltsfield while savouring perfectly matched wines. This immersive culinary encounter provided unique insights into the estate's heritage and culinary craftsmanship, creating memorable moments for attendees.
The luncheon culminated in a visit to the historic Centennial Cellar, home to Seppeltsfield's renowned 100-year-old Para Tawny. Here, guests had the extraordinary opportunity to taste this legendary fortified wine, a privilege that is rarely granted. This exclusive tasting underscored Seppeltsfield's legacy of excellence and innovation, leaving guests with a deep appreciation for the estate's rich heritage and world-class offerings.
