Swinging Bridge hosted nearly 200 guests at their Hill Park Cellar Door and Vineyard for a canapé function and dinner as part of the Angus Australia pre-tour. Attendees included global Angus breeders, beef industry professionals, researchers, and agribusiness stakeholders. Delegates travelled from across Australia and internationally, including New Zealand, the United States, South America, the UK, and Canada. The dinner formed part of AngusTREK; a showcase of Australia’s leading Angus operations, genetics, and beef supply chain innovation and served as the official pre-tour to the 2025 World Angus Forum in Brisbane. The tour spanned multiple days and states, concluding with the Angus Expo in Tamworth, NSW.
