Mother's Day - we've got you covered!
It’s time to shower our mums, step-mums and …
We love it when two or more of our Ultimate Wineries join forces, in this case, for your dining pleasure!
In the spirit of collaboration and friendly competition, Josef Chromy in Tasmania welcomes Brokenwood from the Hunter Valley to the dinner table. Guests will be treated to a four-course menu of superb Tasmanian produce matched to a duo of Josef Chromy and Brokenwood wines. Compare and contrast the wines of these two very different regions, whilst the duelling winemakers wax lyrical as they compete for your favour!
With every expectation that the Brokenwood team will be on point, Josef Chromy Winemaker Ockie Myburgh will bring a brand new release in the 2021 Zdar Pinot Noir to the table.
Each winemaker will also introduce you to a wildcard wine, not from Josef Chromy or Brokenwood, but something of significance to them. It may be a wine that they enjoy in their own time, something that provided a lightbulb moment in their career, or a showcase of characters that they aspire to in their own wines.
The Josef Chromy resetaurant team has risen to the challenge and crafted an exceptional 4-course menu to accompany two very different regional wine styles.
Your ticket includes welcome drinks, canapes, the four-course meal with matched wines, and wonderful entertainment.
