Vasse Felix: Viticulturist of the Year and Top Wine Ratings

We are proud to announce that Vasse Felix’s Chief Viticulturist, Bart Molony, has been named Viticulturist of the Year. This well-deserved honour recognises Bart’s two decades of dedication to sustainable viticulture and his leadership in managing some of Margaret River’s most important vineyards, including the region's oldest Cabernet vines.

Bart expressed his gratitude, saying, “I feel privileged and honoured to be selected as this year's Viticulturist of the Year. I'd like to acknowledge the entire vineyard team at Vasse Felix, as this award also recognises their dedication and hard work, which has contributed to our success.”

Vasse Felix’s wines also continue to shine, with five wines from their 2025 collection receiving 95 points or more, helping maintain their esteemed 5-Star Red Winery Rating. Additionally, a special congratulations to Virginia Willcock, Vasse Felix’s Chief Winemaker, for her nomination for Winemaker of the Year, further cementing the winery's reputation for excellence.

Brown Brothers: Sparkling Wine of the Year

In another exciting win, Brown Brothers has been awarded Sparkling Wine of the Year for their Patricia Brut Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2018. This sparkling wine, named in honour of the family matriarch Patricia Brown, is a true testament to the elegance and quality that define Brown Brothers. The Patricia Brut, with its rich and complex palate, perfectly balances the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, making it a standout in the world of sparkling wines.
