Effervescence Tasmania, Tasmania's annual Sparkling Wine festival takes place each year in November at Josef Chromy Wines in Launceston. Now in it’s sixth year, Effervescence Tasmania has emerged as the pre-eminent Sparkling Wine event in Australia and continues to expand, this year extending its duration and reach throughout Tasmania and incorporating some of Tasmania's most iconic locations.

The Tasmanian Walking Company has partnered with Effervescence Tasmania and the best sparkling producers of Tasmania to make every November Bay of Fires Lodge Walk of 2019 even more special. The Bay of Fires sparkles naturally, so it’s the perfect destination to celebrate with a glass of fizz.  Each evening, surrounded by stunning scenery, guides will pair different Tassie Sparklings from different makers with delicious food.
