One of our newest members, legendary Hardys Tintara, offers visitors the opportunity to embark on a sensory adventure with their unique 'Tasting in the Dark' experience. 

In this interactive wine tasting, deep in the darkness of Hardys Tintara's private cellars in South Australia's beautiful McLaren Vale, you’ll be blindfolded as your host guides you through the wine tasting process, enhancing your understanding of wine and your own palate, and sharing some sensory tricks and skills to take to your next dinner party. 

This experience is suitable for all levels, no prior knowledge required and there are no wrong answers. The experience includes a tasting of four Hardys Wines, a sensorial tasting plate and private hosted experience.
