Riesling particularly thrives in South Australia's Eden Valley, Tasmania, as well as Orange, NSW, where cool climates and unique terroirs yield wines with vibrant acidity, distinctive citrus flavours, and elegant mineral notes.

Artisans of Barossa's Small Batch 2021 Riesling from the Eden Valley region boasts intense flavour, chalky texture, and bright, refreshing natural acidity, with classic lemon, lime, and floral aromas, offering a beautifully balanced palate of fleshy mid-palate fruit and tingling fresh acidity.

The 2020 Josef Chromy 'DELIKAT' SGR Riesling offers a crisp, refreshing taste with wonderfully aromatic notes of cumquat blossom, honeysuckle, kaffir lime leaf, and freshly peeled mandarin, evolving on the palate to reveal flavours of lemon sorbet, lemon meringue, biscuit, and toasted rice, maintaining a light-footed and lacy texture throughout.

The 2023 Josef Chromy Riesling presents fresh citrus aromas with hints of kaffir lime, vibrant minerality, and racy natural acidity, supported by delicate floral notes, savory undertones, and an abundance of citrus fruit flavours, making it suitable for cellaring up to 10 years.
