The St Hugo Vault Experience offers a guided journey through the latest St Hugo Flagship vintage, the 2015 Vetus Purum Cabernet Sauvignon. Explore this exquisite wine alongside a selection of extensive back-vintage portfolio, showcasing wines of power and elegance, including the 2013 Vetus Purum. This exclusive tasting is hosted in the private St Hugo vault, accessible only to guests who book this unique experience. Sirromet Wine Blending Workshop

Join the host Sommelier at Sirromet for an enriching and fun Wine Blending Workshop. You’ll bottle, label, and take home your crafted winemaker’s blend. The experience includes a glass of wine, a small cheese plate to share.

Icons of Penfolds at Kingsford The Barossa

Celebrate 180 years of Penfolds and the 60-year anniversary of Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon with a private tasting experience at Kingsford The Barossa. This exclusive event allows guests to sample Penfolds Icons, from classics to special releases, in a luxurious setting. Immerse yourself in the picturesque property and special history of the region, then explore the best of Penfolds with a guided wine tasting in Kingsford’s new underground wine chambers. The tasting includes iconic wines like Penfolds Grange 2019. Conclude the experience with a curated four-course dinner paired with Penfolds wines at Orleana Restaurant, a bespoke culinary journey.
