Winter Evenings at Printhie Dining

Exciting news! Starting on 12 July, Printhie Dining will offer dinner service on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 5:30pm-10:30pm. This addition promises a delightful dining experience that showcases the Swift family’s agricultural heritage and locally sourced seasonal produce.

The new menu explores Printhie's rich resources. A standout feature is the sourdough bread, made with a yeast starter from Printhie’s orchard apples and Pinot Meunier grapes from the vineyard near the Cellar Door. The focus is on using produce harvested from Printhie's sites, foraged from surrounding areas, and sourced from high-quality local suppliers. The kitchen garden next to the Cellar Door continues to develop, further enhancing the freshness of the menu.

Evenings are an ideal time to appreciate Printhie Dining's new ceiling installation. Drawing inspiration from the Topography range of wines, the design mimics the topographical lines of a landscape map, adding a distinctive visual element to the dining experience.

Enjoy the chef’s set four-course degustation menu for $130 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $70 per person. Cocktails and a curated selection of Australian and international wines by the glass or bottle are also available, ensuring a memorable evening at Printhie Dining.
