The Vintage Sparkling Experience takes you into the Underground Cellar for a guided tasting of current and back-vintage sparkling wines. Tasting the wines side by side reveals how sparkling wine develops greater depth and complexity with age, with each pour accompanied by a selection of sweet and savoury canapés.

For an elevated tasting, the Reserve Sparkling Experience follows the same intimate format, showcasing Mandoon Estate’s Reserve sparkling wines across current and back vintages. It’s a rare opportunity to experience mature sparkling wines and discover how they have evolved over time.
